2 Minute Ramen

Ingredients

1 ½ Tbsp miso/vegetable broth powder

1 Tbsp tamari

½ clove garlic, finely chopped

¼ carrot, thinly sliced

1 leaf pak choy, chopped

2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced

1 nori sheet, sliced

110g wok-ready noodles of choice

Hot water

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, excluding hot water, to a jar or container
  2. Cover with a lid and keep in the fridge until ready to eat, or take to school or work
  3. When ready to eat, pour hot water into the jar until all ingredients are covered
  4. Cover with a lid, gently swirl to mix, and leave for 2 minutes
  5. Eat and enjoy!
