Easter Special: Homemade Chocolate

Hey there chocolate lovers! This recipe is inspired by my friend, Bec, who first made this INCREDIBLE chocolate for us about 2 years ago. I always thought making my own chocolate would be difficult, but in fact it’s quite the opposite! I still can’t believe how quick and easy it is and especially how healthy it is! Only three main ingredients plus whatever fillings your heart desires. Get creative with this recipe and make it your own.

P.S. Don’t feel bad if the entire block is gone within minutes… not gonna lie, I’ve definitely done this more than once…

2 Tbsp goji berries

4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

4 Tbsp cacao

2 Tbsp rice malt syrup OR maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp pistachios (or whatever nut is your fave), chopped

Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Alternative Filling Suggestions
