Christmas Ice-Blocks

 

INGREDIENTS

 

BASE/WHITE LAYER

 

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (plain or flavoured- I used passionfruit flavour)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)

 

RED LAYER

 

4 strawberries, washed and stalks removed

 

GREEN LAYER

 

1 mango cheek

2 small handfuls spinach

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

1. In a blender add BASE ingredients and blend until smooth

2. Pour mixture into a bowl

3. Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture back into the blender and add RED ingredients

4. Blend until smooth and pour into another bowl

5. Pour 1/2 cup of the BASE/WHITE mixture back into the blender and add GREEN ingredients

6. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl (should be a bit more thick)

7. Pour all 3 colours into ice-block moulds, making different colour combinations, e.g. fill half a mould with WHITE and use GREEN to fill it up the rest of the way

8. Once all moulds are full, drink any remaining mixture (its delicious) and place the moulds in the freezer

9. Ready to eat the next day. ENJOY!
