Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding

Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding



1 cup gluten-free flour

2 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup coconut sugar

¼ cup cacao

Pinch of salt

½ cup choice of milk

¼ cup coconut oil, melted



½ cup coconut sugar

1 ½ Tbsp cacao

1 ¼ cup hot water



  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius
  2. Add all dry PUDDING ingredients to a pudding dish and mix
  3. Add wet PUDDING ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly across dish
  4. SAUCE- sprinkle coconut sugar evenly over the pudding mixture
  5. Sprinkle cacao over the top
  6. Gently pour hot water over, making sure all dry ingredients are covered
  7. Cook in oven for 30 minutes then serve with your favourite ice-cream.
